ABB is celebrating five years of numerous applications for the dual-armed and singled-armed YuMi collaborative robots.
MTEK has made its MCell Insertion software-defined robotic system for electronics assembly generally available. The Swedish company said MCell can improve performance and reduce costs.
The software is based on Blockly, an open-source visual coding method that presents programming code as interlocking blocks. A user can simply drag and drop functions on YuMi’s FlexPendant to adjust its actions.
